理想的花园是一个自由漫步的场所,同时也是秩序与纪念并重的空间。设计延续基地尺度，并沿场地两个轴线方向将屋面打开，形成十字交汇的共享敞廊，我们称之为重构的巴西利卡空间。敞廊将平面划分为四个独立而联系的区域，并为建筑和场地周边建立联系。原有厂房的四周界面被重构，其原有的墙体材料被回收，与新材料共同营造新的界面，不同材料铭刻着不同的时间，以此显现空间在场地中的记忆。

The ideal garden is a place for free wandering, as well as space for both order and memorial. The design extends the base scale, and opens the roof to form a cross intersection shared arcades along two axis direction in the ground , which we call it as the reconstruction of basilica space. The arcades divides the plan into four independent and connected areas, and establishes the connection between the building and the perimeter of the site. The original interface was reconstructed, and the original wall materials were recycled, which were used to create a new interface with the new bricks. Different materials are inscribed with different times, which are manifested the memory of the space in the field.
