葛店开发区公共卫生临床中心是一所集医疗救治、疾病预防控制、卫生健康监督、妇幼保健等公共卫生服务职能于一体的高质量的区级公共卫生临床中心（二级甲等）。一期总用地面积约4万㎡，总建筑面积约6.88万㎡，其中地上建筑面积4.84万㎡，地下建筑面积2.04万㎡。总床位数300张。

Gedian Development Zone Public Health Clinical Center is a high-quality district level public health clinical center (class II, class a) integrating public health service functions such as medical treatment, disease prevention and control, health supervision and maternal and child health care. The total land area of phase I is about 40000 ㎡ and the total construction area is about 68800 ㎡, including 48400 ㎡ above ground construction area and 20400㎡ underground construction area. The total number of beds is 300.

项目采用“绿色、生态、人文”的设计理念，坚持“平战结合”的设计原则，建设可转换病区。同时以功能为载体对场地进行合理规划，在物理空间上对普通医疗期与传染病区做到有效分离，以保证突发公共卫生事件发生时医疗系统能有条不紊的运行。

The project adopts the design concept of "Green, Ecological and Humanistic", adheres to the design principle of "combination of peacetime and wartime", and constructs a convertible ward. At the same time, the site shall be reasonably planned with the function as the carrier, and the general medical period and infectious disease area shall be effectively separated in the physical space, so as to ensure the orderly operation of the medical system in case of public health emergencies.
