The wounds left over from the war are engraved in the earth, time and space evolve, mountains and rivers are endless, only the river flows eternally. It witnesses the passage and growth of life silently, and bears the suffering caused by war to innocent civilians, and people's pursuit and yearning for peace. If faith, culture and other conscious conflicts are abandoned, peace is a reflection of the symbiotic order between people and nature. Therefore, the design takes the "river" that runs through the site as a clue, makes the "bridge" of peace crosses the river and is suspended above the site. At the same time connect the scattered ruins on both sides. The scattered "bridges" serve as exhibition halls silently in the surrounding black pine forest. The citizens pass through the exhibition halls through corridors and arrive at the sinking memorial space, experienced this quiet history quietly and long.

Firstly, the design suspends the exhibition space above the river and surrounds it with a 13m high load-bearing wall to form a long and tall exhibition space inside. Then, the core barrel at both ends of the building are lowered to the ground forming "piers" supporting the upper "bridge pier". Finally, the building forms a semi-open viewing platform through partial overhangs.
