设计以“  环线凝声  ”为概念，将“金线”作为文脉抽象线索，环绕嵌固于山顶形成观海环廊，并与城市流线自然驳接，以此标定金线顶在城市中新的语境；同时艺术中心通过功能分解拼合隐匿于环廊之内，上部覆土并保护山体的完整风貌，此外，听风与观海作为场地中最有地点性的体验介质，通过环廊渗透汇合于内庭，以构建新的场所精神，并形成开放的融合于山体的公共活动公园。

The design takes " condensing sound with gold line " as the concept, takes "golden line" as the abstract clue of context, surrounds and embeds it on the top of the mountain to form a sea viewing ring corridor, which is naturally connected with the urban streamline, so as to mark the new context of golden line top in the city; At the same time, the art center is hidden in the ring corridor through functional decomposition and splicing, and the upper part is covered with soil to protect the complete style of the mountain. In addition, listening to the wind and viewing the sea, as the most local experience medium in the site, penetrate and converge in the inner court through the ring corridor to build a new place spirit and form an open public activity Park integrated into the mountain.
