设计以传统“廊院”为母题，以因地制宜为策略，通过形制演绎将屋面地景化处理，将廊道连接屋顶，呼应城市街道与滨河绿地界面，并与室内贯通，建构对外开放、对内互动的多维体验空间；最后通过材质置换的方式将建筑与环境融合，以呈现当代性和场地性的建造观，构建有机整体的市民公共活动场所。

In this design, we take the traditional " corridor courtyard " as the main topic, according to local conditions as the strategy, through the form of interpretation of the roof landscape treatment, the corridor will be connected to the roof, echoing the city streets and riverside green space interface. And we make the corridor connected with the interior, construct a multi-dimensional experience space that is open to the outside and interacts with the inside. Finally, the building and the environment are merged by means of material replacement to present a contemporary and site-oriented view of construction, and to build an organic and holistic public event venue.

 

 

设计以“共有之家”为概念，充分延续滨河景观绿地，将建筑融合于绿地系统的同时通过开放街角的营造回应城市街道界面，营造市民共享的交往活动场所，并将垃圾转运主体功能置于地下，充分实现洁污分区。

The design takes the concept of “Home of All" as the concept, fully extends the riverfront green space, integrates the building into the green space system, and responds to the urban street interface through the construction of open street corners, creating a communal event place shared by citizens, and placing the main function of garbage transfer Underground, fully realize clean area.
